San Antonio Chooses KAI Texas for High School Renovation/Addition

KAI Texas has been chosen as the architect for major renovations and additions to Sam Houston High School in San Antonio, TX, a high school within the San Antonio Independent School District. Sam Houston will receive a total of $16.9 million of major renovations funded by bond 2010. The project is currently in the planning phase and construction is expected to be complete by late 2014.

KAI Texas has been selected as the architect for renovations and additions to Sam Houston High School in the San Antonio Independent School District. The school will receive a total of $16.9 million of major renovations funded by a $515 million bond that voters passed in November 2010. Improvements to the school will include creating collaborative learning environments throughout the campus, updating fire, emergency, security, lighting and alarm systems, creating teaching spaces for new educational programs and creating design space.

KAI Texas Wins Project with San Antonio ISD

KAI Texas will be perfoming architectural and MEP services for renovations and an addition to Sam Houston High School in the San Antonio Independent School District. Total construction cost for this project is $16.9M. The addition and renovations are a part of the 2010 Bond Capital Improvements Program for the district.
